My appearance.

Compromised by my behavior.

No more sweets.

Alcohol limited to twice a month.

More exercise,

less indulging.

Healthier foods,

starting today.

I’m going to be a bit crazy,

I’m guaranteeing that I will be depressed,

This is the worst dissatisfaction with myself –

I have confessed.
